Product Development & Design
With workstations and CAD systems, your product requirements are virtually implemented in 3D models. The designs and prototypes are closely integrated into the entire development process.
Technical advice
With us, you will receive competent advice right from the start. You will receive solution proposals from us that will support you in the development of your products.
Prototyping
By producing test samples, parts are tested for their service life, interaction with other components and function. The experience gained from these tests flows directly into our development process.
Tool & Jig Making
CNC machining, wire EDM and die-sinking EDM are used to manufacture the components for your tools. These tools are then assembled and tested until they are ready for series production.
Series production
Our punching shop is equipped with modern and efficient machinery. Our punching team produces for you on our automatic punching machines and our hydraulic presses.
Quality assurance
0 Defect Philosophy: Quality monitoring takes place during series production on measuring machines, contour graphs or optical measuring equipment. If agreed with the customer, automatic testing machines ensure the requirements of our customers. Quality Mindset in every process step!
